Damages
Any damages caused to yourself or your vehicle(s) during the day, or subsequent future following the event we hold no accountability for. Whether they are self inflicted through nature the car is driven, or caused by another member. Any damage that shows itself during or after the event is only the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. Be it through products that are purchased from vendors, sponsors, or Rampage Rally.

Fines
Any fines incurred at any of our events, whether they are parking, or speeding, Rampage Rally holds no accountability to. As a brand we do not encourage any behaviour that goes beyond what the laws allow, at the date or location of any event. We endeavour not to put anyone in a situation where they risk incurring any fine, however we cannot be held accountable for the actions of others.

Alcohol and Substances 

Any driver suspected of being beyond the prescribed limit of alcohol, or other substances, will be asked to longer participate in the event, and may not be invited to any future events. We do not encourage, nor condone, drink driving, or driving under the influence of any other substances. If you have a prescription you may be asked to show proof at the event. If unable to present sufficient documents we reserve the right to ask you leave, and no longer attend future events.
